I have one of their kayak transport systems. Have had it for a couple years. I use it more than most people probably would. The wheels started to come apart like they were dry rotting. Sent pictures to customer service. They sent me 2 new wheels. Highly recommend them!

With the help of Sarah in customer service the replacement buckles that I needed were found and shipped. Great customer service!

Was short on some of the hardware.

This wall rack stores the paddles and oars so well. I ordered another one. I have two tandem kayaks, one that also functions as a scull and a pontoon supported crabbing boat, a canoe and a paddle board on the Suspenz rack on the wall in my garage, flanked by the paddle racks.

This thing is awesome. I use it to haul my 16 foot Navarro Loon canoe during the warmer months. I've hauled the canoe over a mile on some rocky terrain using this cart! Its very smooth rolling and easy to use. I like that it folds up.

In the colder months, I use it for an "unintended" use. I use it to haul my duck hunting gear! My duck hunting gear is in a 5' long plastic jet sled, which I strap down onto the Suspenz carrier and push for 1-2 miles along dirt paths and levee roads until I find a spot I want to enter the marsh. I then slide the sled off of the cart and float it through the marsh. Because the Suspenz cart folds up, I can easily fit it on top of my sled once I'm in the water. Then when I'm done, it all folds up nicely and fits easily into my Subaru Crosstrek.

This wouldn't be possible without the adjustable bunker bars. Overall, a great product that I use at least a few times each month.

Order arrived very quickly. All parts included. Installation easy and fast. Now my two boards are off the ground and securely hung in our side wall. Love it!

Easy to install, very solid and secure

I just bought the beach wheels for my catch all cart.
What a difference. I can now access spots over rough terrain that I couldn’t get to before.
I also get much more stability from the wider wheel base.
Probably should have bought these from the start.
